The spice extends life. The spice expands consciousness.
“The spice extends life. The spice expands consciousness. ... The spice is vital to space travel.”
— Dune
This is the artist’s chosen epigraph for "The Spice Must Flow" — the words he pairs with the artwork itself. What follows is the piece behind them.
About the Artwork
"The Spice Must Flow" is amber and ochre circuitry flowing across deep shadow, an alien language of spice and signal. It belongs to Hakan Hısım’s visionary corpus — dense, symmetrical compositions built from hand-drawn linework and 3D structure, where mathematics becomes iconography. This portrait print measures 50 × 64 cm; every proportion below matches the live listing.

Styling & Display
A statement piece for living rooms, studios, reading corners and meditation spaces. The saturated palette holds its own on dark walls; in light interiors it reads like a window into another order of geometry. It also makes a rare, personal gift for collectors of visionary and psychedelic art.
